How do I make a purchase on your site?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Alternatively, you can print the Printable Order Form and post your photos to our mailing address.

Can I design my own product?
Yes. You can design your own product which makes the perfect gift-unique and personal. You can put your own pictures or text on it. Do what you want to do! There are a few conditions… There is a strict no return, no refund policy on all custom products. So, be sure that you are choosing the right size, style etc. Our designers will do their best to make your product look great, but keep in mind some text will not show up well on certain colours. (ex: Dark grey text on a black shirt) We will do our best to contact you if something will not work, or just will not work right, but be sure to try to design it so it will work well. Make sure it is large enough to put on a product? Other than that, that should be it! Start designing!

Does Picture Parcel need the photo to be as big as the product?
No, it doesn't. The photo you send us will be high resolution scanned and then by a digital process we implement it to suit the product. We will maintain proportionality as the original photo is enlarged/reduced.

How do I save and send my photograph?
Photograph in Digital Format: Save your image into a Jpeg file, ideally at a resolution of 300dpi. As a rule of thumb, if your picture is normal photograph size (6"x4" or 7x5") then the file produced at 300dpi will be around 500kb to 1.5mb, small enough to email comfortably. Your photos can be uploaded from the website or emailed if you prefer.

Original Photograph by Post: The original photograph should be in good condition and ideally 7"x5" or 6"x4". Other sizes can be accepted, but please contact Customer Services: info@pictureparcel.com to confirm prior to posting. When packing please ensure the photograph is carefully placed in between strong card so that it cannot be bent or damaged in transit. Please do not use staples or paperclips on the image as this can adversely affect finished quality. Picture ParcelTM cannot accept responsibility for photographs lost or damaged in transit.

Does Picture ParcelTM ever enhance or crop submitted photographs?
If an original picture submitted will not readily convert to the product size that has been ordered without incurring distortion, minimal cropping will likely need to be performed by Picture ParcelTM to avoid any distortion of the finished product. Manufacturing tolerances could mean that the dimensions of the finished product may not be same as the original image. Some border information can be lost from the original image when compared to the image on the finished product.

What if I'm not sure my photo is suitable for the product?
Our design department will check image quality for suitability of production. Should there be any doubt on suitability you will be contacted immediately.

Can I supply an image other than a photograph?
Yes. You can make a puzzle or design a mug, or any of our other products out of artwork too. Children's artwork turns out great!
Copyrighted artwork must have an authorised release.

Can you add text to my product?
Yes, we can add text to any Picture ParcelTM product.

Does Picture ParcelTM send the original photo back?
Yes, unless it1s sent by email. The original photo will be sent back to you.

Will Tee Shirt Printing Fade?
All full colour digital prints, especially those designed with dark colours are prone to fading over time. The process we use does last longer than cheaper methods of Printing and lasts much longer. Digital designs can be preserved very well for 1-2 years if the recommended care instructions are followed. Wash products at a low temperature.

What is the turn-around time for my order?
Product orders are typically manufactured and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of order/photo. Please add 3-4 days for delivery.

What if I need my order delivered to me in a hurry?
When ordering your product, please let us know if you have special shipping requests such as registered mail or swiftpost.

Who is responsible for copyright?
Please ensure any photographs you select are copyright free i.e. it has been taken by you, or you have written permission for its use from the person who took it. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted photographs/images do not violate any copyright laws and/or restrictions. Picture ParcelTM will not process any orders that include a photograph with a copyright restriction, knowingly. You may ask your photographer or artist for a release.

Will Picture ParcelTM process product containing nude or pornographic images?
No.

Are Picture ParcelTM mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes,Picture ParcelTM Mugs are dishwasher safe. But it is recommended for prolonged image life that mugs are handwashed.

Does Picture ParcelTM create customised products for resellers and promotion uses?
